Embroidery digitizing won't require any work from you. It is simply the process of turning your artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can sew. For those who do not have a digitized logo, we create the file in-house. If you have already prepared a stitch file for your production, we can apply it without having to prepare it.
We require a 50 percent deposit before we start, with an invoice sent once the scope is confirmed. Larger orders require full payment upfront instead. A policy that came out of a few bad experiences in the past. We accept Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, Interac e-transfer, Interac debit, and cash.
There's no minimum order quantity. Whether you want one item or a hundred, it gets the same attention to detail and timely delivery. Bulk orders over 50 items may also qualify for volume pricing, just ask us for a custom quote.
